Luxury Comfort in the Mountains
What a perfect place!
The care and attention Wyclef, the owner, puts to each and every guest is beyond words. He talks to each guest not only sharing information... read more and briefing about the trekking and gorillas but also having some great conversation. He is passionate about conservation and keeping the Gorillas safe. He went to the Gorilla trekking with us and he was supportive through out the trekking.
The service is magnificent. Each staff were very welcoming, caring and very well organized and the food was amazing. They warmed the beds with warm water bottles. 🙂 ensuring our comfort. In the evening, while guests were seating by the balcony outside of the dining room, they brought each guest sitting together a small fire to keep us warm. Everyone at Bweza went above and beyond to make the experience that much more enjoyable.
The relationship between the boss Wyclef and his staff is another aspect I thought was amazing and rarely seen. He speaks to them very calm and respectful manner and they joke around with each other.
I stayed in the double bedroom. The room is nicely clean and spacious. The shower is spacious with hot water. It has a balcony with amazing view and a hammock to enjoy the view.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing space with a million star service.
